At ZaWatch, we work hard to ensure every order is carefully prepared and delivered safely to your doorstep. Please review the information below to understand how our shipping process works.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.
During this time, ZaWatch carefully prepares and packages each hat to ensure it arrives in great condition.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays.
Shipping Time
After processing, shipping typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location and local carrier operations.
This timeframe includes transit and delivery after the package has been shipped.
While most orders arrive within this window, shipping times may occasionally vary due to:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s journey from our facility to your home.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the shipping confirmation email.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, Olivia’s Hats cannot guarantee delivery or replacement.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can correct it before the package is shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears delayed or lost during transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
However, once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, Olivia’s Hats is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
We recommend checking your tracking updates first, as most delays resolve within a few days.
International Orders
For international shipments, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing times.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
